Your privacy matters to Zamiifolia. This policy explains what information the application uses and why it is needed.

User account

Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and stable Google account identifier are used to create and manage your Zamiifolia account. Zamiifolia does not receive or store your Google password.

How Google account information is used

Information received from Google is used only to identify you, create and manage your Zamiifolia account, maintain your sign-in session, and associate the account with subscription status. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Information sharing

Account information is not shared with third parties for advertising or sale. Necessary processing may be performed by infrastructure, authentication, crash-reporting, analytics, and subscription-store service providers. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or when necessary to protect users and service security.

Plant data

In the current version, your plant information, care schedules, watering and fertilizing history, and notes are stored locally on your device and are not synchronized with the Zamiifolia server.

Subscriptions and purchases

To manage subscriptions, necessary store purchase information and Premium entitlement status are verified and retained by the Zamiifolia backend. Sensitive payment information, such as bank card details, is not provided to Zamiifolia.

Analytics and crash reports

Analytics and crash-reporting tools may be used to improve application quality. This information is used to evaluate performance, identify technical problems, and resolve errors.

Support

If you contact support, information you choose to include in your message is used only to respond to and follow up on your request.

Security and retention

Encrypted connections are used when communicating with the server. Account and subscription information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain security, address requests, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
